When you buy a property in Aspire Villas we offer easy rental service solutions through an established network of agents and a high rental return on your investment achievable on the back of a wide base of returning patrons and satisfied visitors.
The Aspire Villas resort has built up a 5-star brand name through dedicated employees who manage the property like it was their own. Recently achieved status with Luxury Escapes proudly provides us the status as the only property listed for Koh Phangan.

We take care of our property
A maintenance service is available through the management company, offering investors an easy turnkey solution for housekeeping services, maintenance and property management. Available services include cleaning, housekeeping, or maintenance repairs to the property. This enables you to feel assured that whilst you are away our staff will take care of your villa and report immediately should any issues materialize. When necessary repairs do arise, Aspire Villas will provide competitive quotes for repair works, offering an experienced work force able to continue the high standards currently provided in villas.
Owning land as foreigner in Thailand.
Under current Thai law, foreigners cannot purchase land freehold in their personal name, but you can achieve ownership through a Thai company or a leasehold contract. We can also now provide a more sophisticated hybrid model which combines the best aspects of both ownership methods. This provides an equity share of the land owning freehold company (share of freehold) together with a guaranteed extendable leasehold contract which provides the option to convert to freehold at any time should the law change or should you wish to set up a company to buy the freehold title.
A registered lease is straightforward and there are no restriction on foreign participation. Foreigners are permitted to lease land in Thailand for a maximum of 30 years with an option to renew for a further two periods of 30 years each. A 30 year lease with two renewal options each of 30 years is therefore written.
